SHIPPING

 

In Tugrantentación you will dispose of your order with total discretion. Shipments are prepared in packages without any markings, packaging or advertising that could compromise your privacy.

The usual delivery time of each order depends on the location of the destination (We leave information below). Shipments made before 5:00 p.m. will be sent the next business day (Peninsula. See conditions for the islands). Orders received on non-working days or holidays will be processed on the first following business day.

Shipments to the Canary Islands are made on Thursdays at 3:00 p.m. Between one Thursday and the next, we prepare all orders for the Islands and ship them to the Canary Islands. You will receive your order the following Tuesday or Wednesday. One more day, if you live in another of the Islands (keep in mind that there may be a delay of up to 7 days due to possible port procedures in which we cannot intervene). Remember to place your order in advance! For logistical reasons, if you place the order the same day it is shipped to the Canary Islands, we may not have enough time to prepare and ship it, so we recommend doing so one day in advance.

Delivery times may be affected and vary due to bad weather or holidays. Tugrantentación is not responsible for delays resulting from inconveniences in logistics agencies, possible inconveniences in transport services are the responsibility of the company that provides the logistics service.

Tugrantentación only ships to Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands). Shipping costs will befree for orders equal to or greater than €90, thus avoiding additional costs in your purchase (Possible customs expenses / taxes are not included. These possible additional expenses will be borne by the client).

IN CASE OF DAMAGED PACKAGE

In the event of an incident in the presence of the transport company:

  • You must refuse delivery and state clearly and in detail the incident.

  • Indicate the reason for the rejection of the delivery in the Customer Service of the transport company.

In the same way it is convenient to record the transport company:

In case of incidents verified without the presence of the transport company:

It will be essential to take photos of the outer box to check the state in which you have received your shipment in order to process any claim.

The Buyer must communicate the absence or degradation of the product to Tugrantentación Customer Service through the means specified in the previous section as soon as possible.

 

For shipments with an office pick-up option, your order will be sent to the nearest post office (Correos assigns the office). You can see which is your nearest post office entering your address here.

Remember, the shipping costs will befree for orders equal to or greater than €90
